Our history goes back to 1983 working with the best brands in the sector, developing our work of distribution and food advice for the hotel and catering industry in Barcelona and beyond its metropolitan area.

As food suppliers and advisers, we adapt to your needs. We add value to your business and solve both your day-to-day requirements and those indirectly demanded by the end consumer.

We have a wide range of products (meats, vegetables, seafood, 5th-range products, pre-cooked products, frozen pastries, desserts, etc.) to offer a comprehensive service. A whole range of ideas to nurture.

At DISALVI we are committed to implementing safer and healthier processes. Strategies to improve environmental conditions and curb the effects of industrialisation are part of our environmental social commitment.

We promote distribution from our office within a radius of no more than 100km and give preference in our sourcing activity to our local and sustainability-conscious clients.

We encourage organic products for a sustainable and healthy future. We are progressively looking to renew our vehicle fleets under hybrid combustion systems to reduce the strong ecological and environmental impact of transport.

We activate systems that minimise the use of plastic in packaging, highlighting the creation of an innovative and exclusive design to close DISALVI brand boxes avoiding the use of seals.

In addition, we comply with waste recycling regulations and encourage the purchase of raw materials with packaging from reused materials.

We collaborate and contribute to social enterprises to avoid food waste.

Our teams are trained in food handling and have health registrations 4009325/CAT and RGSEAA 4031303/B.
